POSITION SUMMARY

The RSC Recruiter is a dynamic and results-oriented individual responsible for full-cycle recruitment of high-volume positions within our Corporate Office for Checkers & Rally’s. This position requires strong sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with local educational institutions to build a healthy pipeline. 

 

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and local partnerships. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Manages job postings internally and externally.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation (if applicable), and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, store managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and results.
  • Updating and maintaining workforce planning and risk reports, applicant tracking system and other assigned data entry responsibilities.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company's brand and culture positively throughout the recruitment process. Promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and workforce development agencies to attract potential candidates.
  • Attend job fairs, career events, and other community events to promote job opportunities and network with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintains confidential files.
  • Assist with other projects as requested or assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least three years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-volume recruiting in organizations with 3000+ employees preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.

 

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Individuals must live in the Tampa area and are required to be in the Restaurant Support Center 3 days per week, at a minimum.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to Travel may be required to attend off-site training, meetings, and seminars.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location which may be restricted to the employee’s workstation.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
