Late Night Shift Manager

JOB TYPE & SCHEDULE:

  • Part-time
  • Part Time: 20 to 30 hours per week; Days vary
  • Must be willing to work the following shifts: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (weekdays and weeknights)


JOB SUMMARY

  • Deliver great customer service!
  • Manage crew members & provide great leadership to Wienerschnitzel team!
  • Work closely with upper management to improve customer experience, key metrics, and financial performance
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Be able to handle cashiering, reconciling, and depositing daily cash flow duties
  • Actively manage and participate in the daily kitchen duties, cleaning and sanitation schedule
  • Follow and participate in any additional training provided by the company's in store training as needed
  • Adhere to all health requirements and food safety standards required by company policies and procedures, and the Health Department
  • Ensure all equipment is operating effectively, and diligently work with upper management to address repairs and maintenance


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields (At least one year of food experience is preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills absolutely required, with an ability to up-sell items on menu
  • Reliability, honesty, integrity, and commitment are very important to the employer!
  • Able to work varying shifts per week, including opening and closing shifts where necessary. Be available to work on weekends and holidays, as well as weekdays
  • Accurate money handling skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to report to shifts on time
  • Employer conducts background check/drug screen as appropriate
