As a member of our marketing team you will be responsible for playing a key role in identifying key consumer insights, ideating to develop new product and promotional ideas, leading cross-functional teams, designing strategic marketing plans, and launching new programs and products to drive brand relevance and sales growth. Successful candidates will be passionate about the consumer, collaborative, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment  


How you make a difference every day?

  • Leads insight-driven concept development of products, integrated marketing calendar events, and other strategic growth initiatives from testing to national rollout
  • Actively develops and executes annual strategic growth plans for assigned platforms and other growth initiatives in support of the overall brand strategy
  • Develops and articulates strategic positioning for assigned products, platforms and initiatives to guide creative development and other marketing execution
  • Independently manages cross-functional teams such as R&D, Advertising, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Agency Partners to project completion
  • Acts as a brand steward, having a deep knowledge of the brand positioning and consumer mindsets and applies this consistently across all marketing activities



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing project management experience in retail, restaurant or consumer packaged goods is required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong logical and strategic thinking skills
  • Leading cross-functional teams that bring new products and promotions to market
  • Analytical ability to understand how to assess the impact of programs and initiatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and influence at senior levels of the organization
  • High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
