eCommerce Technical Support

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK

At Checkers & Rally’s we make a difference in people’s lives by serving our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a member of the Digital Marketing team you will be an integral part of a rapidly growing program and support will evolve as we continue to expand among company and franchise locations. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing stability of technical operations for the delivery & order ahead programs. Success in this role will require learning the technical infrastructure of the delivery program and providing consistent and effective support.

 

HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERYDAY

  • Ensure technical readiness for delivery & order ahead program launch which includes printer, integration, menu and cabling quality assurance testing
  • Accountable for weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders within the organization
  • Ability to achieve measurable objectives and make sound data-driven recommendations that deliver key business goals
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional teams to ensure program success
  • Proactive monitoring of unreported errors such POS (Point of Sale) health issues, broken printers, menu errors and POS uptime
  • Implement and manage the resolution of the technical Issues log associated with the ecommerce platforms

 

YOU'VE GOT THIS?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role
  • Proven ability to manage projects
  • Understanding of the classification of severity of technical issues and appropriate escalation
  • Experience in working with NCR/Aloha POS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold
  • Demonstrate restaurant business management and operations acumen
  • Creating KPI’s and SLA’s to meet business objectives based on scope or project

  • Experience with companies such as OLO, Fishbowl, GrubHub, DoorDash, Amazon Restaurants or Postmates
